It was in 1979, though, when Paul and his wife Patty founded their own appliance repair business, focusing on those relationships with the manufacturers. In fact, Paul tells me that being factory authorized means that workmanship and ethics meet factory standards, factory training is ongoing, and they have the ability to honor factory warranties on parts and labor. Paul says it is this commitment to excellence that has garnered them multiple manufacturer awards for quality of service to customers.

With company growth over the years, today Appliance Service by Paul has 29 employees, using only uniformed service technicians who have undergone a full background check and drug screening. They operate out of a business office, driving trucks that are clearly marked ‘Appliance Service by Paul’. Paul tells me these things are important to the customer, because they need to know the technician standing at the door can be trusted.
